Why Stop Now?
Why stop now? There's still room in the garden to put a few more plants to bed.
So why not go to the greenhouse to see what's what.
No brandywines?! So get a hillbilly instead.
And some chile and yellow peppers and onions and epazote. Why not?
And the patio needs some color, too. So buy a flat of some flowering beauties that will be toast by late fall.
It's cheap enough: Six packs for three dollars or a mixed flat for eighteen bucks. I spent $30 and came home with a flat of flowers, a gallon-sized tomato, a four pack each of chile, yellow peppers, and onions, and a two-inch epazote. Now I'll hand them off to Dave to plant.
Too bad I don't have a green thumb.
