Art Saves
We fired a kiln over the weekend, a bisque. It was a mix of new work and refired work, both mine and Dave's greenware and some of my things that had been previously fired to either cone 06 or cone 3.
And that piece is finally finished.
You can see the difference in scale here. The taller, far from finished piece has a detachable head so that it can fit into the kiln--but I misjudged the size of the head and it's slightly too big. Oh well. Live and learn.
I've also had my watercolors and other water-based media out to play with.
Been having fun just painting.
