Another Day, Another Hyaku En

There's a Japanese belief that, in the fall (or autumn, as it is more commonly known here), one does something new. This week all the women, of course, showed up in new clothes. It also means that many new students are coming to the school and many of the old students are either changing teachers, lessons, or leaving.
