After touring the VLA, we headed west to Pie Town, which is between Datil and Quemado. The last time we were in Pie Town was about nine years ago. Just as we did then, we stopped for pie at the Pie-O-Neer Cafe on the way home.

VLA
This morning, very early, David and I drove out the Very Large Array near Magdalena. I love this part of New Mexico, the Plains of Saint Augustine.
After touring the VLA, we headed west to Pie Town, which is between Datil and Quemado. The last time we were in Pie Town was about nine years ago. Just as we did then, we stopped for pie at the Pie-O-Neer Cafe on the way home.
