Dave's are on the right, mine on the left.
This is one of mine, a giantess of a mug. She holds twenty ounces! That's an awesome cup of coffee, right there--if you can lift it.
If you count completed mugs, I'm up to (I think) twenty. Another thirty are either in the green or bisque stage, and there are thirty (!) that need to be trimmed and have handles attached. That's eighty in the works (or completed), so I only have another twenty to throw to reach my hundred. Unfortunately, our challenge specifies that you have to get them all the way through the final glaze firing (and, to Dave, that they hold water).
Dave is far behind numbers-wise, but that won't last long. He's a much more adept thrower than I am, and he can throw a dozen mugs in the time it takes me to throw four or five. One good throwing session is all he needs to catch up.
