Days 19, 20, 21

Day 19 → What do you think of religion? Or what do you think of politics?

Sigh.

I knew I’d hit this one eventually.

What do I think of religion? I think it is a double-edged sword. I think it gives some people a lot of comfort. I think it gives some people the excuse they need to act like complete assholes.

I am not religious. Because I rankle against authority, especially institutionalized authority, I could never be part of a church.

What do I think of politics?

I despise politics; I pay the price for despising politics. I despise politicians. The intelligent ones are few and far between.

Day 20 → Your views on drugs and alcohol.

I don’t drink anymore. I don’t use drugs anymore.

I am suspicious of adults who don’t drink or who have never used drugs.

I think drugs and alcohol are necessary evils.

Day 21 → (scenario) Your best friend is in a car accident and you two got into a fight an hour before. What do you do?

I don’t even know what this question is truly asking. What does that mean, what do I do? I go to the hospital and do what I can to help my friend.

Although now that I think about it, that would depend on what the argument was about.
