This is a sign from my gynecologist's exam room. I have the best gynecologist on the planet. (And even saying that, I hate going to the gynecologist. It's just so...invasive and uncomfortable.)
So that--plus therapy--was my yesterday.
It's been a lot of maintenance health stuff recently. Next week is dental week. That should be about as fun as the gynecologist.
We are plodding along here these days. I am doing a very small amount of sewing (drawstring pouches and a too-large bucket hat were my total output last week) and reading (I read three novels in May, a huge fall from the twelve I read the month before). We exist to fill the hummingbird feeders, which is enough to justify an existence as far as I'm concerned. I fiercely love those tough little birds.
