I am so tired. I spent the day in a kind of zombie-like state. Just now, as I was thinking of what I'd done today, I was kind of surprised to remember doing so much: visiting Lu Ann, taking Crunch for two walks, sharing a pizza with Dave, and watching hours of Whose Wedding Is It Anyway?, a horrible cable television show that focuses on wedding planners and their clueless yet demanding clients. Somewhere in all that, Dave came over so we could do some yoga together and I fell asleep. Seriously. I told Dave I was going to lie down on my mat and then I just fell asleep. John Friend droned on in the background, all, Bow to your inner self this and Draw energy from the cosmos in with each breath that, and I was, like, ZZZ...zzz...ZZZ...
