This is a photo of one of my current charges, Leni. She looks so much like my beloved Groucho and has a similarly endearing personality. Her little sister, Olive, is a bit more scattered; her silky black coat belies a blond's personality. She is a beauty, though. See?


Here's another photo of The Newbie, taken yesterday by Dave at a lunch we had with her little posse (Mama, Grandma T, and Mama's friend).

I was trying to burp her after giving her a bottle, but she had other ideas. (She was, like, look at me standing up! ) Every stranger who talks to or about her comments on the amount of hair she has. I've taken to telling people that she's already had two haircuts.
