Inducement? No.

I snapped this little gem with my cell phone. It's a sign I spotted at the local Whole Foods, hanging out above the yogurt case. Yes, it says "Real Food on A Budget." Yes, that's a guy with a cup of yogurt balanced on his bald pate, holding another cup of yogurt in his mouth. No, that is not an inducement for me to buy yogurt.

Lewie

Lewie and I have been hanging out together while his owners are off doing their holiday thing. He's getting a little older and a little creakier, my little Lewie. These days, he's more interested in cuddling up with me on the bed than running around outside chasing a frisbee. He's super, super gassy, though. That is not so attractive an inducement for me to snuggle up with him.

Ah, Christmas

Christmas is coming up so soon, isn't it? Mostly I don't celebrate it. We buy or make gifts for a few people, but we don't put up a tree and we don't decorate at all. David will be off to see his sister and mother the day after Christmas, but I'll be in town. I do hope it snows, but beyond that, meh. Meh, I say to Christmas.
