Vote Early, Vote Often

Early voting started today in New Mexico. Dave and I have planned to go on either Monday or Tuesday to cast our votes for Obama.

I've also, given the stories about the Republican efforts to scare people of color and poor people away from the polls, sent in an application to be a poll watcher on November 6. Keep things honest, you know. I'm pretty good at that.

Yes in a perfect world, I would be voting in President Clinton for her second term, but this isn't a perfect world so I'm voting for my man, Barry O'Bomb.

Romney scares the bejeezus out of me, quite honestly. I can't imagine electing Massa' Mitt to the White House, can you? We women and brown folk could just bend over and kiss our own asses goodbye if that happens. Who wants to live in his world? Rich white dudes and their skeletal blonde trophy wives, certainly. The rest of us? Not so much. Well, at least we brown women could go back to cleaning offices at night for minimum wage (whatever it is after the Republicans get finished reducing or eliminating it) when ol' Mitt the Twit becomes President Mitt the Twit.

Binders full of women, indeed.
