Bah, Humbug!

 The last two cards:

I think we have enough cards now.  I sent my first card of the season out today, to my therapist.  Seems about right.

Christmas prep continues with this basket of scrappy patchwork ornaments.

I have about ten of these made. (I made the basket they're in, too.)

I also broke down and ordered an artificial 2-foot tree and some multi-colored lights. My very own "tacky" Christmas tree! I'm going to set it up on the kitchen counter, so it will be the first thing we see when we walk in the door.

Your cards are amazing! They are so cool. Do they fit into envelopes?

I like the cranky Christmas frog!

Hooray for mini-Christmas trees too. Enjoy it!

Hi Helen-- Thanks! The cards do fit in envelopes; I painted them on blank craft cards that I got somewhere online (maybe dickblick? Maybe Amazon?) that came with envelopes to fit.

My husband's favorite is also the cranky frog! It's modeled after a sumi-e painting from the 1800s by a Japanese artist Matsumoto Hoji. I just added color and a candy cane. Lol.

I am enjoying the heck out of our Christmas trees! I hope you are also getting maximum enjoyment from yours, too.

Merry Almost Christmas!

Hi Kelly! Thanks! Do you put up a tree for your Christmas?
