I used my anatomy text as a tracing source. This is my favorite:
This is my journal drawing for today, a spider that I copied from a dichotomous key that we have for spider identification. (Remind me to show you that book some time. It's nuts.)
Organ Recital
David is sick today. He's been sick for several days, actually. It started with a twenty-four hour headache and then came the fever and chills. (I'm just waiting my turn.) I told him that he'll get better by the time he has to go to work on Monday.
My therapy homework for this week was to spend ten minutes a day doing some relaxation exercise. When I told Dave that, he just laughed. Apparently, although I think I'm a pretty relaxed person, the rest of the world has a different opinion. So far, I think I've managed about two minutes of a deep breathing exercise, ten minutes of some relaxing music (B-Tribe, which is what Leah sometimes plays during our massage sessions), and another ten minutes of relaxing yoga poses. So that's two-and-a-half days out of six days that I've done my "homework."
I think, however, that art should count, don't you?
