The Morning
Today started with a trip to the dentist. No big deal, I'm just getting a night guard and today they had to take the measurements for it. It seriously was no big deal, only going to the dentist stresses me out so much that I'm still, three and a half hours after the appointment, trying to wrangle the anxiety down to a dull roar.
After leaving the dentist's office, I went to Whole Foods and wandered the aisles for awhile. I bought the fixings for chile dogs for dinner and a lipliner and some chips and kale. There was no plan, really, just trying to avoid coming home (which is where most of my panic attacks happen). I got a burrito from the deli and sat and ate half of it while I played games on my phone. When I had wasted enough time at Whole Foods, I still didn't feel like coming home, so I went to Sunflower Market and wandered the aisles there for awhile. This is what I bought: Two jars of soy nut butter, a hairbrush, a tube of Un-petroleum Jelly, three greeting cards.
After that, I came home and started to write out the cards. Then I called Judi and we talked for a little over an hour. We made plans to go to the gym tomorrow and then to a movie.
I was planning on going to the studio in the afternoon, but now I'm exhausted (anxiety will take it out of you, let me tell you). I did go last night and I threw a few random things (two canisters with lids, five or six mug bodies, a bowl). I have to go back and trim them and put handles on the mugs either today or tomorrow.
