Quick Update
A very quiet, at-home day.
My allergies are still acting up, so I stayed indoors and kept up with my allergy meds. (I am usually pretty lax about them since even the non-drowsy meds make me drowsy.) Instead of having an exciting day out, I stayed in and study, study, studied. I went over my anatomy stuff for tomorrow and then focused on the pathology chapters we've covered.
Aside from several hours of study, I didn't do much.
I have been doing a half-hour on the stationary bike every day, so I did that in the afternoon while I watched a couple of episodes of MASH on Netflix. Recently, I've added a small amount of weight-bearing exercise, so I did that, too.
I've also been trying to eat out less and get more veggies in my diet, so I made breakfast (an egg sandwich), lunch (a veggie burger sans bun, steamed broccoli, and a salad), and dinner (pinto beans with salsa, yet more salad).
I guess my New Year's resolutions didn't kick in until mid-February.
I just checked my grades online for the anatomy and physiology exam I took last Monday: 99%. I'm riding high right now--which is the plan, so that when it comes time to take the comprehensive final exam, I won't have to kill myself studying for it.
I think I'm going to pack up my textbooks, pick a movie on Netflix, and have an early night!

Great exam result! Well done.
What movie did you pick?
And good on you for the exercising and the eating veggies. When I don't get enough veggies I get a bit of a craving for them now!
Good luck with your next exam :-)
Hi Helen! Thanks. :) I'm so happy with the result that I'm already thinking about skipping class tonight. LOL!
I ended up renting Don Verdean from Amazon. It's by the same people who made Napoleon Dynamite (which I really liked). Don Verdean was all right, but I'm glad I didn't pay $10 to see it in a theater.
My next exam is in a week. Sigh! Boy, isn't school fun?!
Popping in to say "hi" and I love MASH!
x
Hi Carol! :D
Isn't MASH awesome? So many good episodes. I had quite the crush on Hawkeye and Trapper when I was a kid.
